At Mode Helder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Underwear and lingerie (unless faulty)
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact and unworn)
- Personalized or customized items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
